Your corporate culture is responsible for maintaining high standards of care and running a successful practice. The first step in building the culture is to establish core values that are the basis for your company’s culture.
These values aren’t just something to be written down and tucked away in an office manual. They must be reiterated to the staff and consistently driven home by way of example by the owner, practice managers and associate doctors. It is imperative that these values drive the business and clinical decision-making process.
